Students Attend Digital Games Workshop in D.I.T.

Well done to those that participated in the 2012 Ernest Adams ‘Digital Games Workshop’ which took place in D.I.T.  on Saturday 10th November. In total there were almost 300 students from all over that attended the workshop where students worked in groups to create a concept for an actual game. Throughout the day there were prizes of Xboxes and the chance to play and see state of the art gaming. The students also got a real insight to the world of digital gaming and to explore exactly what is required and involved to become a gaming developer.

The students that attended from Donabate Community College were: Jack Stell, Subisio, Cathal Fahey-Kelly, Ruairi Meyler, Roksana Nowicka and Sergey Kurapov
