Last Friday, DCC’s Headstrong Committee attended the 2020 Cycle Against Suicide Congress in Citywest.
The students listened to some amazing guests speak about youth mental health, and the challenges today’s teenagers face, and how to deal with it.
The Headstrong team also took away some ideas for their own Wellbeing projects in school.
Students also got to see some very good music acts including X Factor’s United Vibe!
An extra well done to our own Student Leader, sixth year Jake O’Toole who was involved in the organisation of the congress, as well as performing and asking questions to the guest speakers.
