Excitement abounded at midday today when the Third Year Class of 2013-2014 received their long awaited Junior Certificate results. The results when they came did not disappoint, with students excelling across the full range of subjects offered by the College. Results were presented by Mrs. Flynn and Mrs. Kearns.
Three years’ work has given rise to the remarkable results today. Class tutors Ms. Lowry, Ms. Masterson, Mr. Clarke, Ms. Keogh and Ms. King worked with these students for the last number of years and are tremendously proud of each of their students. Indeed Ms. Keogh called the school this morning to congratulate Rang Faraday on their success.
Aoife Walsh received top marks in the year, receiving an amazing eleven grade As, in addition to students reaching their own personal milestones and achievements.
A tea and coffee reception was held for parents and family members who waited in anxious anticipation for the results. Shortly after, tears of happiness and relief were evident in the main hall as students joined their families and friends in celebration.
