Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,

We are starting our first annual physical education department equipment drive. Following is more information about the drive.

Purpose: The purpose of the physical education equipment drive is to collect and gather material that can be used to enhance our physical education & recreation leisure programs.

When: The physical education drive will last through the month of January until mid-term.

What: We will be accepting items that are in excellent good working condition that can can be used for physical education & leisure/recreation. Below is a list of equipment that would be most useful to us.

The 3 R’s: We aim to Reduce Recycle Reuse so please do not feel that you need to buy any new items. We are looking for items that you no longer need or use. However, items should be in good working condition. Items donated for this drive will not be returned.

How: Students should drop off all donations by 8.30 each morning to the PE area OR arrange with PE department an adequate time to drop off larger items.

Many thanks in advance to anyone who can help us!

Kindest regards,
The PE department.
