Donabate CC DOMINATES in a fierce battle against Firhouse CC

On the 13th of October, Our junior camogie team travelled to Firhouse to play a very competitive league game against Firhouse CC. Donabate came out on top with lots of goals scored from both teams.
Donabate started strongly with goals coming from Maeve, Lara and Zoe. An exceptional point was scored from Zoe in the sixth minute from a 65. Firhouse started catching up by the end of the first half with a great point.
Firhouse came out with all guns blazing in the second half by scoring a goal. Donabate responded with 4 consecutive points in the space of nine minutes. The points came from Alannah, Sadbh and Zoe. It was a great win for Donabate.
The final score was 6-6 to 3-1.
Thank you to Ms. Fennell and Ms. Byrne for facilitating the team. Congratulations to all involved. We wish the team the best of luck against Skerries CC on Wednesday.
