Dear Parents and Guardians,
A reminder that on Monday 25th May, Donabate Community College will begin using Tyro as our management information system. Final data extraction from Vsware will occur on May 31st and transfer to Tyro.
The previous data extraction was May 5th with the result that you may notice a gap in data on records until the final extraction is complete.
If you have not submitted your email address to us in order to set up your account, please do so through info@donabatecc.ie
entering “Tyro” in the subject line.
Going forward Donabate Community College will not send text messages.
The mail function is an internal mail within the Tyro app and will replace text messaging.
All Absent/Late requests should be submitted through that feature in Tyro, emails re late to school or absences cannot be processed going forward.
We look forward to using the additional features available on this system for our communication between home and school and look forward to hearing your feedback on the new system in the new academic year.
