Dear Parents and Guardians,
For those interested in appealing a subject descriptor from the Junior Certificate results, please see below the information from the SEC.
- Applications will only be accepted from the school to the SEC.
- Each subject review carries a fee of €32, payable to the school.
- To raise an appeal, the Principal must confirm that the result was significantly at variance with the expected outcome.
It is incumbent on the school to submit the appeals raised on receipt of the fee per subject.
All applications should reach the SEC no later than 5pm on Tuesday 15th October, 2024.
The fee will be refunded if on review the candidate’s work is deemed to merit the award of a higher grade.
