It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we share the sad news of the passing of our former colleague and friend Kerrie Whelan.
Ms. Whelan taught in our school from its origins and was a treasured member of our community. As a Science and Chemistry teacher and a Guidance Counsellor, Ms. Whelan brought her energy and enthusiasm to all she met.
We wish to extend our deepest sympathies to all her colleagues and students in Clonturk Community College as well as her adored family. She will be very sadly missed.
